So its that time of year again....Easter. Really it should be renamed "the celebration of chocolate" (sorry Jesus)...which means we are all one step closer to getting diabetes. *yaaaaaay* But hey! Its an excuse to get a special outfit so its all OK.
To find the easter bunny you must BECOME the easter bunny, if you believe you will succeed.
If where you live is yet to blossom into spring then this will be perfect! Furry Leg warmers and paws means you can fully embrace the bunny-ness...and if you think about it, keep it for next halloween and dress as a yeti! I would suggest wearing this outfit with a long t-shirt and leggings (bonus for more easter themed items) so your legs look extra sexy and slim against the puffy leg warmers. Or it could be teamed up with some nice pastel colours e.g a pastel purple skirt and a cutesy blue blouse to keep to the cutesy theme.
I went to THAT side of youtube the other day and got inspired by a chocolate bunny (click to watch the video). If you're too lazy to click the link because all your easter eggs are accumulating in your stomach and slowing turning you into your very own chocolate factory then i shall sum up the video "How to melt a chocolate bunny". Its delightfully silly, hypnotic and turned into a fun outfit idea....perhaps more abstract but hey, what is life without a little artistic license. In terms of shoes, a pair of pumps would keep the outfit looking elegant and girly especially a pair of nude or silver pumps. Some kitten heels or wedges would also be great if your going out for a meal to give the outfit a more "dressed up" feel. As for me i would throw on a pair of silver moon boots and a spiked leather jacket or chunky knitted cardigan....yeah cutesy isn't really my thing ;)
And if the black is too much of a contrast from the light colours in your opinion it would also look great as a light layered skirt (or lace) in white or even silver to match the hat.
HAVE A HAPPY EASTER WEEKEND EVERYONE!
Enjoy it while it lasts....
